Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Vector (the “App”). By downloading or using Vector you agree to them. If you don’t, don’t use the App.
1. License
Vector is proprietary software. Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control.
2. Purchase
Vector is available for purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Pricing and any trial terms are displayed at the time of purchase in your respective store. The purchase includes every feature the App ships with at the time of purchase and all future updates delivered through the store.
3. Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple and Google under their respective store policies. We do not issue refunds directly because we never receive your payment information.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App to access systems you are not authorized to access
- Reverse engineer or redistribute the App
- Remove copyright or license notices
- Use the App in violation of applicable law
5. No warranty
The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Your use of SSH is your responsibility.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Vector or its developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the App. Total cumulative liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Feedback
If you submit feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it to improve the App. Feedback posted through the in-app flow is published publicly at the time of submission (see the Privacy Policy).
8. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you materially violate these terms. You may terminate it any time by deleting the App.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted in the app’s release notes. Past versions live in the site’s git history.
